With the installation of a Craftsman Marine transom exhaust connector, the fitting of an additional (synthetic) goose neck has become superfluous.

By running the exhaust hose with a loop, the top of which is about 45 cm higher than the waterline, it is easy to make safe connection to this curved connector.In doing this, the installation time is shortened and the risk of leaks is diminished, as there are less connections to make and to secure.The connector is fastened with the aid of three screws and a blind, self-adhesive plate forms a neat cover of these screws.
